1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to services provided by Sevenfold Media LLC, including S7venGen Studio. By using the services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts and authorized use
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and use only accounts and publishing destinations you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
3. Creative and production services
Project scope, deliverables, schedules, revisions, payment terms, and usage rights may be further defined by a proposal, statement of work, invoice, or other written agreement. If a project agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the project agreement controls for that project.
4. Connected platforms
S7venGen Studio can connect to third-party services such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. You authorize us to access the accounts you connect and to perform only the actions you select or schedule through the platform. You must comply with each connected platform's terms and policies.
5. Content and publishing instructions
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Sevenfold Media a limited license to host, process, edit, and transmit that content as needed to deliver the requested services. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, releases, licenses, and consents needed for the content and publishing destinations you use.
You are responsible for reviewing captions, media, destinations, timing, privacy selections, disclosures, and other publishing settings before approving or scheduling publication.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the services to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate another person, distribute malware, interfere with service security, access accounts without authorization, or publish deceptive, abusive, or unlawful material.
7. Availability and third-party services
We work to keep the services reliable, but availability is not guaranteed. Publishing may be delayed or prevented by third-party outages, API changes, account restrictions, content review, rate limits, or other conditions outside our control. We are not responsible for a third party's services, decisions, or removal of content.
8. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security, nonpayment, unlawful activity, policy violations, or risks to users or the service. You may stop using the service and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" and "as available." Sevenfold Media disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, or loss arising from third-party platforms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the services change. The effective and last-updated dates at the top of this page identify the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
