Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Sevenfold Media LLC ("Sevenfold Media," "we," "us," or "our") operates S7venGen Studio, a client production platform available at s7vengen.sevenfoldmedia.com. This policy explains how we handle information when clients use our websites, production services, and S7venGen Studio.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, organization, login identifiers, and account preferences.
  • Project information: media, captions, schedules, creative instructions, approvals, and other content a client provides.
  • Connected-platform information: identifiers and basic details for Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, YouTube channels, or other accounts a user chooses to connect.
  • Publishing information: the media, captions, destinations, status, and platform responses associated with content a user directs S7venGen Studio to publish.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, security events, and service logs needed to operate and protect the platform.

3. Meta Platform data and permissions

S7venGen Studio uses Meta Platform data only to provide account connection, Page selection, content display, and user-directed publishing. The permissions requested by the app support these functions:

  • public_profile: identifies the person signing in and associates the Meta connection with the correct S7venGen account.
  • pages_show_list: displays the Facebook Pages the user is authorized to manage so the user can select a publishing destination.
  • pages_read_engagement: displays the selected Page identity and relevant Page content or engagement information needed to confirm the connection and publishing destination.
  • pages_manage_posts: publishes media and captions to the selected Facebook Page only after the user chooses the content and destination.
  • instagram_basic: identifies and displays the Instagram professional account linked to the selected Facebook Page.
  • instagram_content_publish: publishes user-selected media and captions to that linked Instagram professional account.

We do not sell Meta Platform data. We do not publish content without a user action or an explicit schedule created by the user.

4. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure our services, authenticate users, manage creative projects, connect authorized third-party accounts, publish content at a user's direction, deliver support, diagnose failures, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.

5. How information is shared

We share information only as needed to provide the service: with platforms a user connects and directs us to use, infrastructure and service providers acting on our behalf, professional advisers, or authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information.

6. Storage, security, and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect account credentials, access tokens, project information, and service records. We retain information only while it is needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. When information is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it.

7. Your choices and connected accounts

Users can disconnect Meta and other supported platforms from S7venGen Studio. Meta access can also be reviewed or revoked through Facebook's Business Integrations settings. Revoking a connection stops future access but does not automatically remove content already published to a third-party platform.

8. Data deletion requests

To request deletion of your S7venGen Studio account and associated personal or connected-platform data, email media@sevenfoldmedia.com with the subject "S7venGen Data Deletion Request." Include the account email and business name so we can verify and locate the correct account. We may retain limited records when required by law, for security, or to document completion of the request.

You may also disconnect Meta from the Connect Socials area in S7venGen Studio before submitting a deletion request.

9. Third-party services

Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other connected services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Their handling of information after content is sent to them is governed by those policies.

10. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective and last-updated dates at the top of this page identify the current version.
